Cheetos is a brand of cheese puff produced by Frito-Lay. It is made by mixing corn and water. the crunchy form of Cheetos is made by frying the corn mixture, whereas the puff versions are oven-dried. The Cheetos are then tumbled in the cheese powder. The cheese powder recipe is top-secret, and only a handful of people know how to make it.

The original mascot for Cheetos was a mouse called the Cheetos Mouse. The mouse was replaced in 1971 with Chester Cheetah, who still represents the brand to this day.
