The Dove Bar is an ice cream bar that is also considered a candy bar. It is produced by Mars and consists of vanilla or chocolate ice cream with a milk chocolate shell.

There are multiple variations of the Dove Bar, mostly consisting of different flavors of ice cream. These variations include a dark chocolate shell with French vanilla ice cream, a milk chocolate shell with almonds and vanilla ice cream, and a milk chocolate shell with chocolate ice cream and a chocolate swirl known as the Triple Chocolate Ice cream Bar. Dove ice cream is also available in pints and miniatures.
